While not the biggest pumpkin-flavor fan, I was intrigued by Smoothie King’s Slim-N-Trim pumpkin shake in the fall of 2022. I’ve never had a Smoothie King smoothie that wasn’t absolutely delicious, and I’m always excited to try seasonable menu items at restaurants, cafes, etc.

I ordered the smallest size (just in case I didn’t care for it) and immediately regretted that “small size” decision. The bold flavor combined with the milkshake-like consistency made this a 10/10 smoothie! I couldn’t believe this was a Slim-N-Trim option, making this a dream meal option OR snack option.

I enjoyed several more throughout the fall season, even ordering several for various family members and friends to try! They too agreed that Smoothie King’s Slim-N-Trim pumpkin smoothie was a home run!

When I returned in early October 2023 for a Slim-N-Trim pumpkin smoothie, I was shocked to discover that Smoothie King had added not just one new pumpkin smoothie option but rather they’d added four new pumpkin smoothie options!

The kind employee walked me through each as listed below.

Pumpkin Coffee High Protein Smoothie: Need a morning pick-me-up with a fall twist? This smoothie blends coffee with pumpkin and some serious grams of protein too!
Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie: Vegan and still want to enjoy the seasonal craze? Smoothie King has you covered with their Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie!
Keto Champ Pumpkin Smoothie: Stay on track with your Keto goals while still enjoying this pumpkin goodness!

I was shocked to discover that Smoothie King had added not just one new pumpkin smoothie option but rather they'd added four new pumpkin smoothie options!

We ordered the Pumpkin D-lite option (with two straws!), and we made it to a disappearing act quickly!
