If you’ve taken a break from gyms during the pandemic, recently moved to Madison, or are simply just ready to invest in yourself mentally and physically via a gym membership, there is no better time than now to take a really close look at Burn Bootcamp and jump on board for a four-week trial, formally known as the “Rise to the Challenge”.
Normally during the year, Burn Bootcamp offers a seven-day trial to those who are interested in checking out the gym and potentially joining. From December 13th through January 16th though, Burn Bootcamp has swapped out their normal “trial” option and is instead giving interested community members the chance to give Burn Bootcamp a whirl for an entire four weeks for just $69!
This is their lowest price they’ve offered this four-week option at since their grand opening nearly two years ago.
While the normal seven day trial is a great way to get an idea of what being a Burn Bootcamp member looks like, the four-week “Rise to the Challenge” opportunity is an unmatched chance to see what kind of transformation your body and mind are capable of if you’re willing to commit for the duration of the challenge.
For $69, one will have access to four weeks of unlimited classes and complimentary childcare. This promo is available to purchase any time between December 13th and January 16th and must be activated within 30 days of purchase. For example, if you purchase this on December 14th, you must activate it by January 13th and then use it for the next four weeks. If you purchase it on January 16th, you must active it by February 15th and then use it for four weeks from that date.
In a nutshell, Burn Bootcamp “camps” are 45 minutes long and consist of “protocols” that change each day. No two workouts are the same! Some camps are arm-focused while the next day may be more leg-focused. Some camps are very strength focused while others are cardio focused. Several camps are co-ed while some are women-only. Several camps also offer 100% complimentary childcare! A full schedule is available on the Burn Bootcamp website.

Personal Testimony about Burn Boot Camp in Madison, Alabama
After not working out at a gym routinely since March 2020, I mustered up the courage to begin a trial at Burn Bootcamp in September 2021. I’ve completed nearly 60 camps since then and am beyond excited to continue getting healthier mentally and physically at Burn. I feel physically stronger and surprise myself daily with newfound abilities. I have more energy throughout the day and have a slew of new friends as well.
A handful of my friends have become members in the last three months too and agree that being a member has enhanced their lives in big ways.
Why I personally think the “Rise to the Challenge” opportunity is worth highly considering
One of the biggest criticisms I hear from others about class-based fitness concepts is how expensive they are per month. And… I get it, but hear me out. (I just had this conversation with a friend yesterday!) This is why the $69/four-week option is a fantastic opportunity. Potential members are invited to go “all in” and really see if it’s something that adds value to their lives. If you go all in for four weeks, the writing will surely be on the wall about whether a regular membership price is worth it or not.
As aforementioned, the normal seven-day trial is a great way to see what Burn Bootcamp is all about, but the four-week option allows you to really personalize the experience, commit, and see how your body (and attitude!) change over the course of the month.
Also, a Burn Bootcamp membership includes more than “just” the opportunity to work out. These “camps” are led by certified personal trainers who are invested in making sure each individual attendee is participating on his or her own level. This is called “modifying up” (taking things up a notch!) or “modifying down” (taking things down a notch to ensure no injury and make sure exercises on your ability level as you grow stronger).
A Burn Bootcamp membership also includes complimentary “Child Watch” where babies and children are able to play, do crafts, etc. with a background-checked employee while watching mom and/or dad work out and get healthier.
Owner Jamie Lambert says that it’s so great for kids “to get to see you taking care of you!”
A membership also includes nutritional guidance and complimentary “focus meetings”, which are designed to track weight, and inches, and discuss how to match your diet with the hard work you are putting in at the gym.
“Joining Burn is not just about seeing a physical change,” says Lambert. “Yes, we are going to work with you to lose body fat and gain that lean muscle, but we are also selling confidence. You are going to do things you never thought you could do.”
Lambert says that this is what her trainers are all about and that anyone who walks into Burn Bootcamp should expect to be challenged to reach his or her full potential.
Lambert says that her drive to open this Burn Boot Camp location stemmed from having her own life completely changed after becoming a member of a Burn in Tennessee.
“My story is right over there on the wall,” Lambert jokes as she points to a wall of transformation stories. “My life needed to change, and Burn made me see myself in a different way. The confidence I gained when I realized that I could do new things was powerful.”
Lambert says that the opportunity for physical and emotional change is available to everyone who is ready to make the leap and sign up for “Rise to the Challenge”.
Are you a mom with little ones?
Though Lambert says that Burn Bootcamp is targeted at both men and women of all ages and ability levels, she would like to especially share this opportunity with moms of little ones.
“When you’re in that season of parenting little ones, having a solid community is so important, and we are so intentional here at Burn about growing that for you.”
Lambert says that the bonds she sees women form bring tears to her eyes.
“My favorite thing is seeing people who didn’t know each other people become best friends. When you partner with someone you don’t know at a camp, you have the opportunity to get to know someone in an environment that is supportive like nothing else.”
She says that the complimentary child watch makes daytime camps the perfect year-round opportunity to get in some “me” time while letting your child(ren) play and you make friends and get healthier.
