You’ve heard me talk about NOW Soccer before and how great I think it is. The owner Norbert couldn’t be nicer and has an incredibly impressive athletic and professional background.
The concept of NOW Soccer is awesome and very different than signing up for a traditional recreational soccer league. At NOW Soccer, students may scrimmage a bit against each other, but there are no “games” per se. This is a place where students come to perfect skills. They learn the ins and outs of how to play soccer and be a better individual player. It’s all indoors too!
Beginning Saturday, March 6th, 2021, NOW Soccer Academy will offer two programs: the KICKSTART program for children ages 2 and 3 as well as a Cadets program for children ages 4-7.
The best part about the KICKSTART class is that it’s absolutely free! Only 18 slots remain, so if you’re interested in exposing your child a bit to something new, this is your picture-perfect opportunity.
Our two older children are 4 and 7 years old, so they’re both signed up for the Cadets program. One of them has played rec soccer before, while the other wasn’t able to try it out last spring due to the pandemic canceling the season. They are both super stoked to get out there and give it a whirl!
My husband and I are also really excited about it because it’s just a quick 10 weeks, doesn’t require weeknight practices, and is all indoors (spring sports are so tough when they’re outdoors because of our area’s wonky, unpredictable weather). The cost is just $100 per child and included a shirt.

- Head to now-soccer.com
- Navigate to “SCHEDULE”.
- Under the “All Calendars” drop-down menu, select either “KICKSTART” for the 2-3 year olds or “Cadets 1-hr” for the 4-7 year olds.
- Navigate to March 6th on the calendar, and then select REGISTER.
