A One-Night Marriage Conference in Madison on January 27th

Are you ready to invest in your marriage, be intentional with caring for your spouse, and thrive together in 2023? Building Church is thrilled to announce an opportunity that is open to the entire community where you and your spouse can do just that.

Building Church on Slaughter Road is proud to share their ONE Marriage Conference being held on Friday, January 27th, 2023 from 6-9 p.m.

This event is designed for all married couples, from newlyweds to those who have many decades under their belts!

Psst: Childcare is available too! (The creators of this conference have truly thought through every barrier that would keep you and your spouse from making the time to invest in your marriage via this opportunity!)

The ONE Marriage Conference is $125 (cheaper than most one-hour marital counseling sessions!), and attendees will be poured into from start to finish. Enjoy a welcome reception at 6 p.m. complete with a fun photo booth and other surprises. Next, attendees will enjoy an elevated dinner followed by giveaways, a live discussion with Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, and a take-home gift.

Your registration also includes a code to take a marriage assessment on BetterLove.com prior to the event. After each spouse completes the 15-minute private assessment, you will receive an emailed report that details your results.

My husband and I took the assessment this week, and we were not only fascinated by the report, but we laughed our way through it simply because of how incredibly accurate it was! The report is 13 pages long and details our communication styles, how we resolve conflict, various intimacy topics, our adaptability, how we handle finances, how we spend our time, and so much more.

Each couple will also receive a printable action plan!

Though your reports are private between you and your spouse, Drs. Les and Leslie will spend time discussing the report as a whole, offering feedback, tips and tricks, and more so that you can personalize the report and make the most out of what you learned.

Building Church lead pastor Spencer Beach says that sometimes “you have to get your marriage right in order to get everything else right.” He and his wife Ellen, Building Church’s women’s pastor, are passionate about healthy marriages and helping other couples grow relationally while also growing relationally closer to Jesus.
