The progress at Clift Farm has been steady for two years and continues to stay on track with rapid construction that will bring a handful of new concepts to the Madison area.
Convenience store Twice Daily, coffee shop White Bison, American restaurant Jonathan’s Grille, and counter-service eatery Slim Chickens all opened this fall in the Clift Farm development.
Maple Street Biscuit Company in Madison, Alabama
Breland Companies president Joey Ceci says that Maple Street Biscuit Company in Madison, Alabama is officially under construction just east of Chipotle. This location will bring the total number of Maple Street Biscuit Company locations in Alabama to three (the other two are in Homewood and Mobile).
Ceci shared that in front of The Station at Clift Farm apartment complex will be a shopping area with boutiques, a coffee shop, and more. This portion of Clift Farm will break ground in early 2022.
Ardent Preschool and Daycare broke ground in Clift Farm in October and plans to open in the summer of 2022. This Ardent location, the third in Madison County, will feature 18 classrooms that serve children as young as six weeks through preschool. The expansive 23,000 square foot facility will feature multiple playgrounds, an infant courtyard, a splash pad, and an artificial turf soccer field.
Additional concepts under construction at Clift Farm include a Verizon location (next to Maple Street Biscuit Company), a car wash concept, and an oil change concept.
Ceci says that residential progress is going well and that construction of their signature walkway and greenways will commerce soon.
