When it comes to artistry and design, Dr. Adam Reynolds has nailed his craft of creating smiles that make each of his patients feel like a million bucks! Dr. Reynolds is the orthodontist at Orthodontic Design Co. on Hughes Road in Madison, and he is passionate about giving each patient a customized journey and end result through his state-of-the-art technology.
Not only does the “life cycle” of being his patient end with a flawless smile, but the journey itself from the first to the last appointment is just as predictable as it is convenient.
Dr. Reynolds at Orthodontic Design Co in Madison specializes in both youth and adult orthodontic care and serves his patients in a number of ways. He offers Invisalign, spark clear aligners, customized braces treatment, early orthodontic invention, airway obstruction management, surgery for jaw alignment, and more advanced technological options.
If you’ve never visited an orthodontist before, have no idea when to begin taking your child, or are looking for somewhere new to receive your family’s orthodontic care, here’s everything you need to know about being a new patient at Orthodontic Design Co.
Dr. Reynolds says that he begins seeing children as young as seven years old, though these early appointments typically serve as an observation of the mouth and the trajectory that teeth are growing. He says that early observations allow him to get ahead of any issues that could be much larger down the road if not monitored, such as teeth growing sideways or airway obstruction.
Adult orthodontic care has increased drastically throughout the last few years, largely due to advancements in teeth straightening that don’t involve traditional braces. Many adults delay the process of seeing an orthodontist even though they desire a straighter smile. Dr. Reynolds understands that seeking out new treatment can be intimidating but he promises to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible en route to your beautiful new smile.
Dr. Reynold’s office is modern, bright, and incredibly welcoming and is designed to be a place where the whole family feels comfortable. From ample seating options to an interactive coloring station to bean bags and books galore, Dr. Reynolds prioritized creating a space that patients and their families would enjoy coming to.
If you’re convinced that now is the time to rip the Band-Aid off and give Dr. Reynolds and his team a visit, you can click here to fill out the form to request a complimentary consultation or click here to schedule your own appointment day and time!
Once you fill out the form, you’ll be contacted quickly to schedule your appointment. This office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, which many enjoy since orthodontic offices are often closed on Fridays.
At your first appointment, you’ll have a speedy 3D scan of your mouth and then make your way to the consultation room to view your current mouth side-by-side with an artificial intelligence rendering of what it could be with customized treatment. Dr. Reynolds will spend time with you (and your child) discussing his recommendations for what avenue to pursue to achieve the desired result.
Our oldest daughter began seeing Dr. Reynolds several months ago, and he has made the entire journey so far as easy as possible.
During our initial consultation with our daughter, I was thoroughly pleased by how Dr. Reynolds educated and spoke to our daughter just as much as he spoke to me. He wanted to make sure that all of her questions were answered and that she was interested in the process.
“I don’t like for kids to feel like we are talking about them like they aren’t here,” he shares kindly. “Kids sometimes have opinions that we can reasonably accommodate, plus I really like working with kids in general.”
Once the avenue forward is agreed upon, the next step is scheduling a time to come back in to receive the custom treatment made just for you. You’ll also receive instructions to download an app that will be incredibly handy while working with Dr. Reynolds.
This has been one of our favorite aspects of being a patient with Orthodontic Design Co. Several times throughout the last few months since our daughter received her expander, the app has prompted us to take a scan of her teeth at home. It’s so easy that our nine-year-old does it 100% on her own with my phone!
Within just a few hours, we receive feedback about how the expander looks and her teeth in general. The feedback is always very helpful.
We were also able to bypass an in-person appointment in lieu of a virtual appointment. Dr. Reynolds examined our daughter’s scans and shared with us his feedback as well as her next steps until our next appointment. As a busy mom of three, being able to skip the routine in-person appointment but also receive quality feedback about her progress was so appreciated.
Dr. Reynolds, a Madison, Alabama orthodontist, says that patients who have braces will come in for in-person appointments the most but that he will ensure that those in-person appointments are only when absolutely necessary since he’ll be able to keep a very close eye on progress thanks to the app.
“As a parent with five kids myself, we want this process to be a streamlined experience for everyone,” shares Reynolds.
Dr. Reynolds accepts almost all methods of insurance but encourages interested families to call to learn more.
