Lemon & Lavender has that one-of-a-kind, “local gem” kind of feel that is easily noticed by those who’ve stumbled into the shop for the very first time. There is something so unique and special about it, which is why this store stood the test of time through the pandemic and is now positioned as a key retail spot on Main Street Madison.
Since opening in 2021 (arguably one of the hardest times to launch a business), Lemon & Lavender has continued to evolve with its inventory and pay close attention to what their customers desire. It has become a destination for local regulars and eager out-of-town guests who have traveled to Madison just to visit this unique shop.
And now, Lemon & Lavender has introduced something new: a clothing collection that is completely aligned with everything they were founded on and continue to stand for. Eco-friendly, low-tox, sustainable products are what this store is all about, and you are going to adore the clothing they now carry!
One word: SOFT.
This new collection has been very intentionally selected: every item is made from 100% natural fibers, such as cotton and tencel, and contains no synthetic blends!
Natural fibers like these aren’t just incredibly soft, but they are also more breathable, sustainable, and better for long-term wear! This is evident as soon as you put them on your body.
So incredibly comfortable!
As mentioned, this new collection (three full racks and growing!) is part of Lemon & Lavender‘s overall eco-friendly mission, and it’s very eye-opening!
Within their collection, you’ll find dresses, pants, jackets, tops, and more. I didn’t want to take off anything I tried on; I felt like a broken record repeatedly commenting on how comfortable I felt in the numerous items I tried on. Of course, I wanted to purchase something for myself and even wore one of their pink tops right out of the store after I purchased it because it was much more comfortable than the one I walked in wearing.
Lemon & Lavender isn’t just adding clothing to grow the store’s revenue (although it’s already selling very well!). It’s all a part of their mission to give shoppers eco-friendly, better-for-you options, from the clothes and products you put on your body to the candles you put in your home, and so much more.
Their self-care collection is still their #1 category. The kitchen goods remain very popular, and of course, the refillery continues to bring people in from all over. It’s one of the coolest, most interactive parts of the store. In fact, during my recent visit, a customer walked in who had just moved to Madison, and she was eager to use the refillery, as she had come to adore and use this concept in Nashville prior to their move.
My honest take is that this newest addition of inventory at Lemon & Lavender is absolutely something to take a look at the next time you’re roaming Main Street. Click here to shop this new clothing collection online!
