KidStrong is coming to the Publix shopping center on the corner of Hughes Road and Browns Ferry Road, projected to open THIS FALL!

What Is KidStrong?

It’s designed for babies and children ages 6 months through 11 years old. KidStrong is NOT a daycare, open gym, OR traditional sports team.

It IS a science-based fitness and child development program where kids attend 45-minute, coach-led classes designed for their age and developmental stage.

They’ll work on building strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and age-appropriate academic skills while MOVING THEIR BODIES! So fun!

How KidStrong Classes Work

1. Classes are divided by age.
2. Children ages 3 and younger participate with a parent or adult.
3. Children ages 4-11 participate alongside peers, while parents can watch from the lobby.
4. Children “rank up” as they master new skills, giving them something exciting to work toward.

Most families attend once a week. Parents choose their class day and time online, receive coach updates through the KidStrong app, and can save with sibling discounts.

KidStrong Birthday Parties in Madison

BIRTHDAY PARTIES: They’re happening! Anyone can book a Saturday or Sunday birthday party at KidStrong; you do not have to be a member!

Parties include:

1. Exclusive use of the entire facility
2. 90-minute private party
3. Up to 15 kids included
4. Two KidStrong coaches
5. One KidStrong T-shirt for birthday child or host
