For more than 20 years, operator Norman Dull and his team have set out to positively impact the community in big and small tangible ways and have considered it a joy to be continually involved in a variety of outreach opportunities.

For 2023, Chick-fil-A in Madison is whole-heartedly focused on two areas: 1.) locking arms with the community to give back to those in need and 2.) offering simple ways for customers to have elevated dining experiences in light-hearted, simple ways.

“We want to connect with you on a real level and create opportunities for you to connect with each other as well,” shares local Chick-fil-A Marketing Director Katie Bentley.

“We always want to consider what brings people here to Chick-fil-A in the first place, and our hope is that you come because you feel cared for here and that you experience good service and good food in a clean environment.”

When Chick-fil-A began reassessing new ways to live out its mission statement of being the most caring company in town, Bentley says that “it wasn’t the massive things that stuck out to us” but rather the opportunities to connect with real people in real ways.

“We began considering opportunities to make those special days where you’ve chosen to eat at Chick-fil-A and take it one step further.”

Each monthly Bingo opportunity will take place inside Chick-fil-A’s dining room. Not only is participating free of charge, but every player will leave a winner in some way. Coveted prizes such as Chick-fil-A cups, notebooks, food vouchers, and more will all be up for grabs for players!

Chick-fil-A in Madison also strives to ensure that birthdays are made special and invite guests to share if they have a birthday boy or girl that is dining with them.

In addition to simple, heartwarming opportunities to gather at Chick-fil-A and enjoy occasional extra elements of joy, Chick-fil-A in Madison is also committed to coming alongside the community and caring for those here locally who are in need.

Bentley says that guests can expect to see information throughout the year about various monthly philanthropic events that they can participate in alongside the Chick-fil-A team.

“Our goal is to complete 12 monthly projects this year,” shares Bentley. “These events will be listed on our social media channels, our community board within the restaurant, and on flyers that will occasionally be placed in your bag or on your tray.”

Philanthropic outreach opportunities include partnerships with food banks, foster care resources, and more. Groups that are interested in partnering alongside Chick-fil-A to make these monthly events as successful as possible are invited to reach out to Bentley with interest and questions.

“Ultimately our goals are to come alongside the community to help others as well as to continue to always serve you the best we can.”

CHICK-FIL-A’S NEW MOBILE THRU LANE

One improvement that Chick-fil-A in Madison has made recently is the implementation of a mobile thru lane, which is designed to serve those in the drive-thru lanes who placed a mobile order via the Chick-fil-A app. All guests have to do is place their order via the app prior to arrival, enter the designated lane, scan the code under the awning (which puts your order into the system), and then continue through the line to receive the order. Easy!
