CheerVille Rocket City in Madison is an explosively popular new(ish) cheerleading and tumbling facility with an incredibly impressive facility, staff, and programs, and though it’s only been in Madison for two years, it’s already made a huge splash in the area!
Its location (roughly one mile north of Huntsville International Airport) makes it easily accessible from Huntsville, Decatur, Athens, and beyond, so if you’re looking for a new place for your kid to flip, jump, stunt, and cheer, here’s everything you need to know about CheerVille.
Because it’s designed for kids of all ages, experience levels, and interests, there is something for everyone here!
From some of the best, most cost-effective birthday party opportunities in Madison to free clinics galore, CheerVille strives to be so much more than just a place where kids learn to flip. Each program is designed to help a child build strength, coordination, and confidence while also making new friends and being a part of a team.
CheerVille Rocket City started in Athens and moved to Madison in 2024 to a 12,500-square-foot facility that offered room to grow and training opportunities.
Today, CheerVille Rocket City offers a range of opportunities so that every kid and family can find their fit within the gym. From free clinics to competitive all-star teams, here’s a glance at some programs available to your child.
As a parent, I absolutely love the “missed class” token policy. If your athletes miss classes, they will receive a token in the parent portal that they can use as a “makeup” class for the remainder of the month. Athletes are allotted two makeup tokens during each month. This provides flexibility and helps families feel they aren’t wasting money if their child misses a regular class due to illness, travel, etc.

Let’s talk FREE TRIALS!
Every kid is invited to start with a free trial class and/or a free one-day cheer clinic. Getting started is very easy.
Your child will be observed and assessed in real time, and you’ll get a recommendation for the best class (or team!) based on his or her skill and interest.
No guessing or pressure!
Safety is a top priority for most parents; this is one of the biggest differentiators at CheerVille. They take safety very seriously, and here’s how.
CheerVille curriculums are founded on a progression-based training, meaning that kids must master foundation skills first before moving on to more advanced flips and tricks. Every movement is taught through drills. Kids will never be pushed into skills they are simply not ready for.
For example, though your child may be dying to throw a back handspring, they won’t be able to attempt it until they’ve built the proper strength and technique to do it well.
CheerVille coaches are all trained in skill progressions, spotting techniques, injury prevention, and SafeSport standards, which gives parents tremendous peace of mind!
CheerVille provides monthly evaluations so that parents and athletes can understand which skills have been mastered, which they’re working towards, and how they are progressing.
All of this is listed in the very handy online parent portal! This is another tremendous element that makes the CheerVille experience feel really clear and structured (in my opinion, as an active parent user!)
CheerVille also offers private lessons for kids who are ready to fast-track their skill-building with one-on-one instruction! These private lessons can be booked online and are available to both current members and non-members. These lessons provide a great opportunity for laser focusing on specific skills.
They are especially helpful in building confidence, leveling up (or catching up!), and preparing for a team placement.
If you’re planning a party, this is a local option that parents are absolutely obsessed with!
For a flat-rate price (aka no per-child cost!), you will receive the entire facility for two hours! You are welcome to invite unlimited guests and have private access to the whole space. There will be bounce houses and trampolines, as well as add-on options such as cheer instruction, Nerf guns, and much more.
You are also welcome to bring in your own food and drinks!
This is a tremendously cost-effective way to let your kid and their guests run wild for a couple of hours in a safe, well-maintained facility that’s a whole lot of fun!
And did you know that CheerVille is not a franchise? CheerVille operates under the same ownership across southeast locations, which lends itself to the personal, connected feel that the brand has as a whole!
Bottom line: If you are interested in signing up your kid to give CheerVille a shot, I give it the highest stamp of approval. The coaches are highly trained and experienced; the facility is a knock-off; the online parent portal makes your experience feel customizable and personal; and the growth options are unlimited!
