Jeff’s Bagel Run is now open daily on County Line Road, serving fresh, boiled, never-toasted, piping hot New York-style bagels from 6:30AM–2PM.
Located in the former Bigfoot’s Little Donuts space, this new Madison bagel shop offers both walk-in ordering and a super convenient drive-thru.
Everything is made in-house. Every single day, including the dough and all spreads (butter, cream cheese, etc.)
These bagels are boiled first (the traditional New York way), then baked, and served hot. The oven stays on all day, and fresh batches come out regularly.
These bagels are meant to be eaten hot and fresh, with a fluffy interior and a slightly crisp exterior.
Jeff’s Bagel Run offers a wide variety of bagel flavors, from savory classics to sweet options.
You can sample their cream cheese and butter spreads like you would at an ice cream shop. Once you find your favorite, you can order:
• A side (great for 1-2 bagels)
• A tub (great for 5-6 bagels)
Sweet options like Cannoli taste like dessert. Savory options include crowd favorites that pair perfectly with their fresh bagels.

Jeff started making bagels in 2019 after getting laid off and becoming a stay-at-home dad. He perfected his recipe and began doing “bagel runs” for neighbors in Orlando.
One storefront has grown into many, and Madison is now home to their 29th location, with a Huntsville store expected to open later this summer.
Madison, Alabama, finally has a true bagel shop to call its own!
