Dr. Schuyler Buckner founded Alliance Physiotherapy in July 2025 because he saw gaps in how physical therapy was delivered and wanted to provide so much more for his patients. He firmly believes that every physical therapy patient should receive a one-on-one, hands-on, highly tailored session with the physical therapist every single visit, so he launched Alliance to make it happen!
Whether you’re a young competitive athlete, someone who is dealing with a joint replacement, or an adult who wants to lift, golf, keep up with kids’ activities, or get through your workday without pestering pain, Dr. Buckner is ready to work with you so that you can get back to feeling better in your everyday life.
He shares that those who are limited by pain, stiffness, or injury often feel its negative effects across many areas of their lives, so he values efficient sessions every time so you are back to feeling well as quickly as possible.
Dr. Buckner comes from a strong medical background. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Both of his parents are chiropractors, so he grew up around healthcare and knew he wanted to pursue something one day along a similar vein that would help people.
Dr. Buckner shares that his patients work with him directly every single time and that you won’t ever have a tech or assistant walking you through generic exercises. He knows time is very valuable, so his top-notch goal is to get you results soon.
