If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience at a non-traditional restaurant in Huntsville, 116 Noble should be at the top of your list. Dining here is a memorable, unique experience I personally guarantee you’ll recall fondly for years to come!
116 Noble is a boutique-style restaurant that offers an exclusive private dining experience rather than traditional walk-in service.
Dropping in for lunch or dinner isn’t an option here; Instead, you plan your visit in advance, making it a fabulous setting for a special occasion, corporate gathering, or even an elevated night out with friends, family, neighbors, etc.
Guests can book a private dining experience for groups of 10 to 32 people, selecting the date, time, and customized menu perfect for your group. (Chef Allen can and will literally bring your dream menu to life!)
In addition to private events, 116 Noble also hosts a monthly Supper Club and a Sunday Brunch, both of which require reservations ahead of time. These exclusive events feature multi-course meals paired with carefully selected wines, designed to bring people together through the love of food and shared experiences.
Because every experience is tailored to the guests, 116 Noble does not have set operating hours. Reservations can be made online where monthly menus can be viewed as well (check their website frequently for updates!)
116 Noble combines the chef’s rich culinary background, a deep connection to his family’s legacy, and a passion for curating special moments around food.
When I walked in for the first time, I was floored by the stunning atmosphere and was immediately hungry for the cuisine I smelled!
From savory to sweet, Chef Allen’s menu options are both creative and comforting.
Chef Allen’s path to becoming one of Huntsville’s most sought-after chefs didn’t follow the typical trajectory. Born and raised in Northwest Huntsville, Chef Allen’s childhood was steeped in Southern cooking, thanks to his grandparents, George and Lucille Noble. The couple’s influence was instrumental in shaping Chef Allen’s love for food, and the name of his restaurant is a heartfelt tribute to them. 116 was his grandparent’s house number, where he spent many cherished moments in their kitchen.
Initially, Chef Allen thought he might pursue a political career, but a culinary class he took as an elective in high school changed everything. From there, he immersed himself in the culinary world, working in various kitchens and refining his craft. Over time, he realized his true passion was in the kitchen, not in politics.
In 2017, Chef Allen founded Noble Chefs, a catering company that quickly became known for its exceptional quality and attention to detail. This allowed Chef Allen to showcase his skills and build a loyal following.
Now, he has built something permanent and is thrilled to have a place where guests can enjoy fantastic food as well as the company of each other.
116 Noble opened in December 2023 and is the only boutique restaurant of its kind in the Huntsville area.
Whether you are a Huntsville local or visiting soon for the first time (with some time to plan!), 116 Noble is a unique-to North-Alabama destination for great food and a great time!
